Today we had the unique opportunity to visit a home for Ukrainian refugees. It was a sweet time of song and encouragement through Scripture and testimony. Many of the residents today were either elderly or challenged in different ways, physically or mentally. In tears I sat with my own children on my lap looking into the faces of these dear ones who had lost everything and don’t really know what their future holds. Our team was able to share how God loves each one and desires to adopt us into His family as we turn from sin and choose to trust Him as our Savior.  From Russian to Romanian, to English, one woman in particular, whom we were told was a believer, wept as she held our hands and expressed her gratitude for us coming. I am thankful for the team God has put together this year and for the way each member is ministering not only to the people here but to my heart as well.
