We began doing ministry yesterday and it was a blessing! In the morning, we sorted supplies and made up medical bags with things like band-aids, ibuprofen, muscle rub, and triple antibiotic ointment. We will be taking these to several villages throughout the next week and a half and distributing them to families in need. Not only will we give out these gifts, but we will also explain that just as these supplies can help meet their physical needs, we have a gift that can meet their spiritual needs. This provides us with the opportunity to share the Gospel and give out New Testaments.
We also had the privilege of ministering in a gypsy village last evening. The team sang praise and worship songs, gave testimonies, and two of the pastors from the team got the opportunity to share the Gospel. It was a blessing to be able to preach in this village and see God moving in the hearts of the team and the people.
It is amazing to think about how much God loves His people. I was reminded this evening during the service, that when it comes to God’s love for His creation, He loves everyone the same. No person is better than another, as we are all broken. We are all in need of Jesus!
Please pray for us as we continue to do ministry here in Romania. God is faithful and we are looking forward to seeing what only He can do!
