The team has arrived in Romania safely, and we look forward to serving the Lord together over the coming days. I am grateful to the Lord for such a wonderful team. Due to health issues, Mary is not able to be with me in leading the team this year. My heart aches because of this, and I miss her very much. There would be no ministry through Foundation for Hope in Romania without her. Every airline ticket for team members was arranged and purchased by her. Every supply bag of medicine and gifts was packed by her. Every accommodation arrangement in Romania for the team was made by her. I can’t begin to describe all that she does behind the scenes in Romania as well. I feel so lost without her, but I know that her not being here is in the hands of God, and I am grateful to all those caring for her while I am away, especially our son, Lewis, and his wife, Lindsay. I am grateful also for my children, Chris and Rachel, Timothy and Alina, and Maria Grace, all of which are here in Romania, and who are helping with the many trip details. May Christ be glorified in our efforts. He is our All in All. He is the God of Every Grace.
