Today, the FFH team ministered to two villages, Rabagani and Dumbrava. Cora and I led the women’s ministry hours back to back. Cora used her talent to draw a beautiful picture of the cross while the story of the Gospel played in the background. Both villages were moved by the program. I shared my testimony after Cora’s presentation, and talked about how God has moved in my life over the last year. We talked about how forgiveness based on faith is a choice, much like accepting the forgiveness of sin Jesus offered us on the cross. The women in Rabagani were moved by my testimony and I shared many hugs and tears with them. It was a very beautiful time in that village.
I was asked today how it is different to feel the presence of God in Romania versus in the U.S. It was an easy answer. The trip to Romania allows me the time focus on my walk with Christ and to share the Gospel with others, so I easily feel His presence more since there are less distractions here. I am grateful to God for this time with the Roma people. I’m hopeful to visit Rabagani and Dumbrava again next year.
