What a blessing it was today to see Christ praised and His Gospel lifted up, to see pastors and their wives encouraged in the Lord, and to see the team come together in the privilege of loving and serving these dear servants of Christ! I think my favorite moment of the day was talking with two gypsy pastors and their wives when a Romanian pastor and his wife came over with huge smiles and embraced their brothers and sisters in Christ. The gypsies are outcasts, known for being ‘sinners’, yet here those who once would have judged and ostracized them instead welcomed them with open arms, treating them as a family in Christ Jesus. What a beautiful picture of the grace and reconciliation the Gospel brings to our lives and relationships!
